There are several factors that influence embryo temperature and therefore embryo development during the incubation process. Two of the most important – temperature and humidity – are related to each other. Since humidity is the temperature transport medium, it is crucial to maintain optimal levels. HatchTech has developed a revolutionary humidification device that produces remarkably small droplets of just 1 micron: U-Vaporator™.

Research shows:

small droplet size, high uniformity

Research has shown that egg shell temperatures were more uniform throughout the incubator when a U-Vaporator™ was used compared to a sprayer. The key element to achieve adequate and uniform humidification is the moisture droplet size. The smaller the moisture droplet size, the better and more uniform the total heat transport and distribution will be. 

Optimum and uniform chick quality

The perfect humidity conditions combined with the uniform airflow temperature secures that each embryo in every position in the incubator stays at the ideal temperature in every stage of the incubation process.
