The 88 Setter Trolley can carry up to 7,040 eggs. This is more than any other single-stage HatchTech Setter Trolley on the market today. This increases process optimization and the efficiency of hatcher logistics, which in turn reduces labor costs.

Solid frame

The internal frame of the trolley is very solid and has a tensioning system that optimizes the stability of the eggs when necessary.

Special bolting

The corner edges of the HatchTech Trolley are connected using our special bolting technology, which makes them remarkably strong and stable.

The trolley has a long lifespan thanks to its special construction, which also ensures smooth logistic operation without any unwanted side-to-side movement.

Individual motor

Each 88 Setter Trolley has its own individual motor, which turns the eggs to the optimal angle required for good incubation. Individual motors make it possible for hatchery managers to fine-tune the turning frequency and sequence as desired.

Ergonomic design

As there are no sharp edges on the tray-insert points, the trays are easy to slide in. because of this, the trays remain “as new”, even after years of use. The ergonomic rounded edges are also less damaging to the hands of your employees during the loading and unloading of the Setter Trays.

Easy loading

Since there is no vertical bar running through the center of the trolley, trays can be loaded from either side of the trolley and pushed through until the level is full. There’s no need to turn the trolley during the loading or unloading of trays, whether this is done place manually or automatically.

Quality wheels

The HatchTech Setter Trolley has four high-quality, self-lubricating wheels with an oil nipple, which makes them very easy to maneuver.

Easy monitoring

All of the individual turning motors are connected to the MicroClimer Controller, which displays the turning position of each trolley. This enables you to easily monitor the turning mechanism without having to enter the incubator.
