Laminar airflow

The specially designed perforated radiators create pressure differentials that distribute the air in a flow of parallel air layers throughout the machine. The airspeed is uniform throughout the egg mass – from top to bottom, as well as from front to back. This “laminar airflow” ensures that the optimal temperature is homogenously delivered to every egg / embryo. And since the eggs are placed in a tray, the air can flow even more precisely around them, allowing each egg to better release its heat as needed.

Direct access to feed and water

Throughout the industry, the general standard is that newly hatched chicks have no access to feed or water. At HatchTech, however, we ensure it is directly provided as feed and water in this early phase helps establish the optimal digestive and immune-system development that provides a solid foundation for a chick’s resulting overall growth and health.
