Fifteen years ago, HatchTech developed an innovative solution for maintaining superior chick quality during transport: HatchTraveller. HatchTraveller harnesses HatchTech's unique laminar airflow technology to regulate chicks' body temperature while in transit, preventing dehydration and stress. Meanwhile, optimal ventilation maximises space in the trailer, limiting journeys and transportation costs.
Our customers were delighted with HatchTraveller from the very beginning. But we didn’t stop there: we decided to continue innovating and investing in improving the trailer. The resulting HatchTraveller model meets our customers’ needs better than ever. HatchTech trailers are built in Ukraine by our subsidiary, HatchTech Ukraine, where a team of technical specialists have spent years perfecting the technology. The team can build five HatchTravellers at a time, with a total capacity of 50 trailers each year.
Thanks to our ongoing research into each aspect of the incubation, transport and brooding process, HatchTech has developed a unique and extensive insight into a wide range of industry issues. Our practical Start-Up Training programme is an opportunity for us to share our knowledge with customers, helping them to maximise hatchery performance and ensure staff feel confident about operating HatchTech equipment. The Start-Up Training programme includes sessions on the following subjects:
This programme is a not-to-be-missed opportunity for hatchery managers, quality managers, and technical Engineers. Sign up here, today.
