Pleasant working environment
The HatchCare tray and HatchCare basket work together seamlessly to provide a natural separator between chicks and hatch waste. After hatching in the tray, chicks end up in a separate basket, free from unhatched eggs and egg debris. This results in less fluff, creating a cleaner environment for personnel to work in.

The reliance on automation equipment is also greatly reduced: to determine the number of newly hatched chicks in the basket, for example, you can simply count the number of unhatched eggs left on the tray. The chicks no longer have to go through automated sorting and counting machines. As well as lowering costs, fewer machines mean less noise, and a quieter, stress-free environment for both staff and chicks.
