Our aim at HatchTech is to produce consistently superior chick quality, 365 days a year. 

Irrespective of the environmental conditions around the hatchery, the incubation conditions must be consistently optimal and uniform every day. 

In practice this is a challenge facing most hatchery managers. They often ask for my advice on managing seasonal changes and which climate profiles to use. In summer, the challenge is ensuring sufficient moisture loss from the eggs, whereas in winter the cold air is dry once heated up. 
Hatchery managers are challenged to use different profiles, which is not always the best solution from a management perspective. 

I am convinced that by using the right incubation technology and correctly maintaining the equipment so it ensures uniform air conditions all year round, seasonal adjustments and corrections to the climate settings should no longer be necessary. We prefer to use one single incubation profile and therefore embrace the kiss-concept - keep it simple stupid – so you can focus on what really matters: producing consistent, Superior Chick Quality.
