How can we support your performance? 

To realise superior chick quality and maintain this for a longer period, HatchTech Service has started a ‘Your Performance is our Priority’ service. This includes five elements necessary to obtain superior chick quality. 

1. Buffer spare parts

To support your maintenance team, it is essential to have spare parts available on site to prevent downtime and the stress caused by occasional malfunctions. 

2. Preventive maintenance

If you use the HatchTech machine checklist three times a year during machine inspections, you will ensure your equipment functions optimally.  These checklists are available at MyHatchTech (digital customer platform) and are a handy way to register the inspection and maintenance history of your installations. 

3. Regular maintenance 

Some parts, such as U-Vaporators and the "eyes" of the machines (CO2 sensors and humidity sensors),  need regular maintenance and replacement during the year.

4. Technical support 

To embed the importance of preventive maintenance in your maintenance team, we can train your technical staff so they fully understand how to structurally inspect and replace parts in accordance with our checklists.

5. Biological support

Our hatchery coaches can support your hatchery managers to achieve superior chick quality every day by making site visits. This advice can also be provided remotely using hatchery data analysis and profile analysis.
